One hour, one coach, no distractions. PT sessions are at High Lodge Farm and built entirely around what you want to achieve - whether that's strength, weight loss, athletic performance, or just getting started with confidence. Kian writes the programme, tracks your progress, and adjusts as you go.

Classes

Rural Reps classes run at High Lodge Farm, just outside Abingdon. Every session is capped at ten people - small enough that you're never anonymous, big enough to feel like you're training with a group that shows up.

Muscle Toning — 45 min · ~250–350 cal Full-body strength using free weights, with core and cardio intervals. All levels welcome.

Weight Burner — 45 min · ~300–500 cal HIIT bodyweight, core, and light free weights. High energy, all levels.

Rural Reps Elite Bootcamp — 60 min · ~300–500 cal High-intensity full-body conditioning. Some previous training experience required.

Glutes, Legs & Core — 45 min · ~200–300 cal Lower-body and core work using resistance and bodyweight.

Monthly unlimited membership — £95/month (group classes only)

Run Club

Every Sunday at 9am, a group meets in central Abingdon for a 5K morning run. All paces welcome - this isn't a race, it's a community. Free for everyone, no booking required, just turn up.
